Please download the file and fill in the sponsorship request form completely and send this to us together with your sponsorship letter.

 Please note that your sponsorship request and/or donation request shall meet the 
 following criteria:

1.       A completely filled in Sponsorship form.

2.       A letter that clearly indicates the following :

• Date of the event
• Description of the event/ projects
• The required sponsorship of Digicel
• The return of investment for Digicel

3.       Request should be handed in  at least 4 weeks prior event / project
