Make Roaming Rewarding!

• Digicel Customers earn 1 Digicel Roaming Reward for each outgoing and incoming minute. Earned Digicel Roaming Rewards will automatically exchanged into frequent flyer miles or hotel points from the preferred airline or hotel loyalty program of the Digicel customer. For each 5 Digicel Roaming Rewards customers will earn 1 airline mile.
• minimum call duration has to be 1 minute, only full minutes qualify.
• A customer must register and manage their account by entering his mobile number AND frequent flyer account number ( e.g American Airlines). During the registration process the customer also enters his email address, first name and surname (all required fields).

 Terms and Conditions

• Miles or points can only be earned when roaming abroad and is applicable for voice calls.
  Voice calls includes all outgoing roaming calls. Roaming airtime is counted in one minute  units and is rounded down to the whole minute.
• Digicel Roaming Loyalty Program is also applicable to prepaid SIM card mobile phone numbers.
• In order to earn miles or points it is required to have a mobile phone number from Digicel, a  membership number from any of the associated loyalty program. Registration for Digicel’s Roaming Loyalty Program is also required. 
• The service is also subject to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program under which you have chosen to earn your miles or points.
• Digicel Roaming Miles will be credited to the member's account three to eight weeks after roaming usage.
• Miles or points earned as result of the use of Digicel Roaming Loyalty Program will be credited under the name “Travelling Connect”.
• By enrolling you consent that Digicel may send you an email or text message. The content of the email or text message will be related to this service.
