•       one BlackBerry email address (i.e. username@carrier.blackberry.com) to be created and used as a standalone email address or as a forwarding email address for work email accounts per BID;

4 Q: Is there any introduction offer for the New BlackBerry bundle?

   A: YES. A special rate of  Naf 3.50 until October  15, 2010. After this regular rate of Naf 4.50 will apply .

5. Q: How can I apply for the new all you can eat plan?

    A: Customers can activate the one day BlackBerry bundle via USSD code *136#.

6. Q: Which process do I have to follow to complete an  activation?

    A: The process is self explaining once you dial *136#, but these are the steps:

1.      Dial *136#.

2.      Dial *136*10# to activate the BlackBerry Internet bundle.

3.      Dial *136*40# to activate the 1 day plan.

Customer receives a message to confirm the plan chosen and associated charges.

Dial *136*1# to confirm charges, or *136*9# to cancel.

Customer must ensure that he has sufficient  credit to sign up for the plan. If he does, the credit will be immediately deducted and the service activated.

 After receiving the text message "Thank you..." the subscription is activated on the   Digicel network. To complete the activation process, customer has to remove the battery from the handset and then re-insert it. This will ensure the Blackberry Prepaid service is registered on the Digicel network.
