1. Q: What is Pagomatiko?
A: Pagomatiko is a service offered by Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V (MCB) where postpaid customers can make payments towards invoices received.
2. Q: When can I pay my Digicel Bills with MCB’s Pagomatiko?
A: Digicel’s clients will be able to make payments via Pagomatiko as of the 25th of September at the locations below:

3. Q:How many Locations Island wide is the Pagomatiko service offered?
A:The service will be available in all the locations where Pagomatiko is set up. Currently there are 70 Locations but this count may vary accordingly to agreements made with MCB and the vendors.
4. Q:Is there a limit in the Nafl amount I can pay via Pagomatiko?
A: Yes. The minimum payment accepted is 10.00 Nafl. clients with due invoice amount less than 10.00 Nafl. cannot make that payment via Pagomatiko.
5. Q:If my balance is less than 10 Nafl can I pay 10 Nafl toward my account?
A:Yes if you balance is less than 10.00 Nafl you can make a payment of 10.00 Nafl toward your account. As a postpaid client you are only required to make payments greater than 10.00 Nafl per transaction per account.
6. Q:How many invoices can I pay with Pagomatiko?
A:You are not limited to any number with Digicel however the number of invoices you can make a payment towards is at the discretion of the location’s operator.
7. Q:On my invoice where do I find my account numbers?
A: On your Digicel invoice your account numbers are located at the top right hand of the invoice pages 1 and 2. Your account number is 11 digits long and will either start with 171******* for GSM accounts or 281******** for Fixed Line accounts.
8. Q: Can I make a payment without my Invoice?
A: Yes you can make a payment without your invoice as long as you know your account numbers. However we would like to encourage all our customers to bring their invoice when making payments to reduce possible errors.
9. Q: I don’t know my account number can I make a payment via my mobile number?
A: No Digicel only accepts payments made to the account numbers via Pagomatiko.
10. Q:If I don’t have my invoice and I don’t know my account numbers how can I get the numbers?
A: You may call our customer care call centre by dialing 145 on your Digicel mobile device or 7361056 from a landline phone. Once you are verified as having access to the account then you will be provided with the account numbers to make your payment.
11. Q: When I make a payment via Pagomatiko how long before it is applied to my account?
A: Payments made via Pagomatiko are updated daily and usually reflect on your account 24 hours after you have made the payment. On weekends the payment made will reflect on your account during the course of the next business day.
12. Q: Do I need to report all the payments I have made to Digicel via Pagomatiko?
A: No unless you have an issue with a payment made that does not reflect on your account and you were unable to resolve this with MCB.
13. Q: If I have an issue with a payment made via Pagomatiko what do I do?
A: You may contact MCB at 466-0788 to initiate the claims process.
14. Q: I am restricted from my services and I have made a payment when can I be reconnected?
A: Please take note of the Pagomatiko transaction number, the amount that was a paid, the time and date. You may call our customer care via 145 from your Digicel mobile and from a landline 7361056 where the information will be taken and your account updated.
All transactions can be made void within 5 minutes after the transaction has been executed.
