PACKAGE 2: Postpaid SIM ONLY packages of Naf. 75,- per month:

This package includes:

·         Call during the nights and weekends for FREE with the package " Free Nights and Weekends" to any Digicel number

·         And also receive 75 Free SMS from Digicel to Digicel

3.       Q: Do I get a mobile phone with this SIM ONLY Packages?

  A: No, in the SIM Only campaign there is no mobile phone included. You can use your existing mobile  
  phone. If it is a non-Digicel mobile phone, it should be a SIM-lock free phone.

 

4.       Q: What exactly is Free Nights & Weekends?

A: With free nights & weekends you can call locally to another Digicel number free of charge during the nights from 9:00 PM till 9:00 AM (off-peak hours) and the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

 

5.       Q: Can I use the Free Nights & Weekends for calls to every number?

A: NO, the Free Nights & Weekends only applies for calls made to other local Digicel numbers on Curacao. Roaming calls and internationals calls to Digicel numbers are not included.

 

 

 

6.       Q: How many Free Nights & Weekends minutes do I get per month?

A: During the nights and weekends you can make unlimited* calls/minutes to any other Digicel number in the same island.

* A fair use policy of 3000 minutes per month applies.

  1. Visit any Digicel store with picture ID, a bank statement and a recent payslip.
  2. Complete an application form

8.       Q: Should I pay for a deposit when applying for the Promontion SIM Only?

A: Yes, applying for the package of Naf. 50,-  a one time deposit of Naf.100,- is required. For the package of Naf. 75,- a one time deposit of Naf.100,- is required.

 

9.       Q: I am a Digicel Prepaid Customer, can I apply for this promotion?

A: Yes, as a Digicel Prepaid Customer you can apply for this promotion and also keep you existing prepaid mobile number. Your existing prepaid number will be converted in a Postpaid number.

 

10.   Q: I am already a Digicel Postpaid Customer, can I apply for the SIM Only Promotion?

A: The Postpaid SIM ONLY promotion is valid only for new Digicel Customers.

 

11.   Q: I am not a Digicel Customer, can I apply for this promotion?

A: Yes, As a non- Digicel customer you can become a Digicel customer by applying to this promotion.
